Event Organizer & Communication Manager
Collaborated with the Executive Director to organize a fundraising gala attended by over 400 guests, ensuring a seamless and impactful event. Managed donor relations, including securing donations, coordinating advertisements, arranging seating, developing event programs, and overseeing the silent auction and gift bags. Communicated effectively with vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
Handled end-to-end event coordination, from pre-event planning and marketing to post-event follow-ups. Maintained donor relationships through appreciation events and crafted marketing materials to communicate mission initiatives, keeping donors informed, updated, and engaged.
“Haibo Family” TikTok Series
Content Leader & Video Editor
I cooperated with my supervisor to develop this TikTok series of an office trivia game, an engaging activity for employees, and a creative way to promote the TikTok account and show the personalities of our professional journalists, photographers, and other workers behind the scenes.
I was responsible for designing the game and editing the videos.
The whole series generated 2.378M views.
“A Wonderful Night in a Hundred Cities” Campaign

“A Wonderful Night in a Hundred Cities” is a nationwide promotional project in the form of a vlog held on Weibo to promote local night markets.
As one of the content leaders in Fuzhou city, I was responsible for planning the video shooting material, designing the interview script, interviewing, shooting, and editing.
The video I made attracted over 30K viewers.

“Show Your Dorm” TikTok Campaign

To give my college’s official TikTok account a great start, as the leader of the TikTok dept., I defined the main goal as increasing the content of the account and attracting students to follow our account. I launched the first TikTok campaign at my university to encourage submissions.
I was also in charge of writing a promotional article for the campaign, designing a survey, having a focus group with leaders from different schools, and reviewing the submissions.
